XL Primal blade

The XL Primal Blade is a larger, more capable version of the original Primal Blade. It’s inspired by ancient flint bifaces, one of the most reliable and widely used tools our ancestors ever carried.

Made from 1095 high carbon steel, this blade is built for real use. It measures 7 inches overall, with a 3.75 inch handle area and a 3.25 inch blade. The size gives you more control and leverage while still staying compact enough to carry in the field.

There is no permanent handle on purpose. That simplicity is what makes it useful. Wrap it with the included leather for hand use, lash it to a wooden handle for heavier work, or mount it on a shaft to extend your reach when needed. One blade can fill multiple roles depending on the situation.

Each XL Primal Blade comes with a handmade sheath and is meant to be used, modified, and adapted. This is not a display piece. It’s a practical tool designed around the same ideas people relied on long before modern gear existed.
