Refund policy

At Primitive Wilderness Survival, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

Digital Purchases

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund, please send an email to support@primitivewildernesssurvival.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your request

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 7 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and issue it back to the original payment method.

Please note that the money-back guarantee only applies to digital courses.

Physical Goods

Any physical goods must be returned in their original condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

To request a refund, please send an email to support@primitivewildernesssurvival.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your request

Once we receive your request, we will review and respond within 7 business days.

If your refund request is approved, you may ship us back the physical item. Upon receipt we will process the refund and issue it back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-person Events

We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, because our class sizes are limited and spots are reserved well in advance, last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill — especially for big-ticket experiences like the Primal Hunter Program.

Refunds & Cancellations:

More than 60 days before event start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee (or you may transfer your payment in full to another class within 12 months).

30–60 days before event start date: 50% refund or transfer of full payment to another class within 12 months.

Less than 30 days before event start date: No refunds. You may transfer your spot to another person, but it is your responsibility to find a replacement.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend and have not communicated with us, no refund or transfer will be given.

Program Changes:

In rare cases, if we must reschedule or cancel due to weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date.

By registering for an event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy helps us keep class sizes small, maintain quality instruction, and honor the time and resources invested in your training.
